 THE PROBLEM

SFFI approached the Curt Doty Company to help them modernize their website, which had not been updated for years and did not reflect their position in the industry, let alone clearly communicate their services.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This began a collaborative effort that started with a site content audit, a more robust sitemap. This effort led to a more cohesive communication strategy that clearly defined the Institutes services and emphasized growing opportunities for members and film students.

THE SOLUTION

A more robust website, built on Squarespace. With an emphasis on video and a deep aspirational photo curation, the site is more engaging and more informative.

Creative Director Curt Doty adds, “In addition to creating a richer visual feel, I felt it was also important to differentiate the site from the Santa Fe Independent Film Festival site. I added an FAQ page, which is great for SEO, that further clarifies their mission and position. Santa Fe Film Institute is committed to the advancement of independent film, filmmaking, support of the local community, and underserved youth.”
